You will source and execute Private Equity and Capital Markets transactions within the technology domain in India. You will also build your own supporting team of analysts, associates and VPs to assist in executing mandates and pitches to corporates and Private Equity houses.
You will have the rare chance to help build an Integrated Investment Banking platform with a leading, established middle market bank in India. An opportunity to capitalize on a strong Capital Markets business awaits you. You will be a part of a new management team with a unique strategy and approach towards building an Investment Banking business. You will report directly to the Head of Investment Banking. Market leading compensation structure will be offered.
Who we’re looking for:
- You will have significant Domain experience in Technology as a senior member of a Management Consulting firm OR be an experienced technology Investment Banker in a boutique/ middle market investment bank in the US or London
- You relish working in an unstructured environment
- You are a go-getter and self-starter; someone who has a track record of building teams and businesses
- You have a thorough understanding of the Technology space
